Herb Roasted Cauliflower


  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 3 sage leaves
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp dijon
  • 1 cup veggie broth
  • 1 tbsp balsamic
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Chop thyme, rosemary, sage and garlic.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in an oven safe dish.
  3. Whisk ingredients in oven safe dish, add cauliflower and top cauliflower with marinade.
  4. Preheat oven to 425 and bake cauliflower in marinade for an hour.
  5. Cover with lid, periodically check to coat cauliflower with marinade.
