Tofegg Sausage Potato Bake


  • 1 pack soft tofu
  • 3 tbsp red pepper hummus
  • 4 tbsp Nooch
  • 1 cup Unsweetened soy milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cup mushrooms cooked in 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 pack pan fried lightlife sausage
  • 3 potatoes, boiled.


  1. Cook sausage, cut in small chunkswith light spray
  2. Cook mushrooms in coconut aminos
  3. Puree tofu with ingredients added
  4. Steam potatoes until soft and dice up
  5.  Put tofu in pie dish and add mushrooms, sausage and potato, lightly mix up
  6.  Bake at 350 for 40 mins
