Portobello Burger

Ingredients:
  • 4 Portobello mushrooms
Marinade:
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Molasses
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce or tamari sauce
  • 1/4 cup Tomato sauce, plain
  • 1 pinch Sea salt and pepper

Toppings

  • 1 slice vegan cheese (preference: Chao)
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 3 Jalapenos, sliced
  • 2 leaves of Butter Lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato

Tip: For best flavor, marinate mushrooms overnight.
